A silicon free paste with high thermal conductivity. Will not creep and operates up to 130°C. Essential for use where conformal coatings need to adhere and silicone contamination is to be avoided. Available in tubes or syringes from 10ml to 100ml.

A metal oxide filled silicone oil providing an extremely efficient and effective thermally conductive compound which will operate at a temperature range of  -100°C to +200°C.

For use where reliable thermal coupling of electrical and electronic components is required or between any surface where thermal conductivity of heat dissipation is important.

Excellent non-creep characteristics with a wide operating temperature range offering excellent thermal conductivity even at high temperatures.

Available in tubes or syringes from 10ml to 500ml.
