Product Description:
A Gallium Arsenide infra-red emitting diode and light-activated silicone-controlled rectifier housed in a plastic 6-pin DIL package. The SCR is capable of switching 240VAC supplies enabling the device to be used as an isolated low voltage / mains interface. Equivalent to H11C4.
